To receive information instantly on your computer, you need to install a feed-reader, that is, a program that will read our website for you, giving you the relevant information you have chosen. You should first download and install one of the following free programs.

- Mozilla Thunderbird
Once you have installed one of them, choose from the "Available channels" below and click on the right mouse-button for the language (Español, English, Portugués, All) to copy the respective URLs and add them one by one to the feed-reader.

RSS Subscription by e-mail (multilingual service)
If you do not have a feed-reader, and do not wish to install one, you can subscribe to the RSS channel of your choice to receive the feed updates once daily by email.
